DESCRIPTION:OBJECTIVE \nSection 135 of the Companies Act 2013\, which came into effect from April 1st 2014\,created a global precedent by making CSR mandatory in our country. Over the past six years\, India Inc has responded favourably with an approximate annual spend of rupees fifteen thousand crores. The Implementing Agencies\, on their part\, have performed exceedingly well. \nThe Government on its part\, has been rolling out amendments\, the most recent of which\, that has been gazetted on 22.01.2021. Several important changes have been notified\, including a registration for all IAs.
